OnBoard Dynamics is an Oregon-based startup that has developed products that allow for mobile, affordable, natural gas compression. The technology has applications for pipeline operators, refueling station developers, vehicle up fitters, natural gas distributors, and fleet operators.
This technology represents an exciting step forward in natural gas transportation technology, and we hope you will join us to learn more about what doors this could open in the natural gas transportation sector.
About the Presenter:
Rita Hansen, CEO, Onboard Dynamics, Inc.
Rita has more than 30 years of executive management, engineering, and operations management, and project management experience in a diverse range of industries including steel manufacturing, building products and electronic components manufacturing, distribution and warehousing, telecommunications and software development. Over the last 10 years, Rita has specialized in start-up and early phase environments with an emphasis on domestic and international opportunities in the alternative energy and renewables arena.

Summary of Webinar:
Onboard Dynamics has developed new, innovative technology integrating natural gas compression into automotive engines which enable cities, countries, and companies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and pollutants tied to diesel emissions with a market-ready solution. Their affordable, portable, and scalable refueling solution can tap into the existing low-pressure natural gas grid or capture and recover natural gas from renewable sources. Their first commercial product – a mobile, self-powered system – is scheduled for field deployment in 2017 through a program sponsored by Southern California Gas.
The webinar will focus on the current environment for seizing the opportunity to pursue clean refueling with compressed natural gas (CNG) and renewable natural gas (RNG). Topics to be covered include:
- Benefits of Natural Gas as a Transportation Fuel (Pipeline quality vs. renewable source)
- Infrastructure technologies available for the <400 gasoline gallons equivalent (GGE) user
- Electric- powered vs. natural gas-powered solutions
- Case studies from around the country
- Challenges to overcome
Monthly webinar’s take place at 12 p.m. Pacific time with a 45-minute presentation followed by 15 minutes of Q&A. Space is limited to the first 95 registrants so register today!
PLEASE NOTE: Registrants will receive a link via email to directly access the webinar by 10 am Pacific time on the morning of the event.
