As Davies Public Affairs has developed a proven method to create persuasive messages concerning natural gas that resonate.
John Davies was asked to be the Keynote Speaker at the annual North America Gas Forum (October 20 – 22) and present the findings of a national public opinion survey about perceptions of Natural Gas – which was then used in a workshop.
John’s presentation reviews both the national poll results and recent qualitative research throughout the U.S. concerning Natural Gas. It then applies the research using The Davies Method to create messaging. The keynote and the presentation were very well received and were the top-rated presentation of the conference.
The workshop included:
- Presenting the results of a 2,000 sample national poll with a 2.4% margin of error
- Findings from regional and local qualitative research from around the nation
- Translating the findings and results into a value-based message format
- Creating a core message, sub-messages, and inoculation messages And finishing with a process to use the messages for outreach and engagement
